Terms and Policies

Shipping Policy:

-Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders are often shipped before the scheduled time.

-Orders are shipped via USPS. Once the package is delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for it. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

-I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you provide the wrong or insufficient address and your package is returned to our facility, you must take care of the reshipping cost.

Refund Policy:

-After receiving your order, if we are unable to process it for any reason, your order will not be processed and your money will be refunded.

-No refunds or returns are accepted on orders. Your orders are completely personalized and the sale is final.
